Keto Spinach Delight



This keto-friendly spinach dish is perfect for special dinner occasions. It's low glycemic, packed with nutrients, and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions:

Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat

Add minced garlic to the skillet and saut until fragrant

Add the spinach leaves to the skillet and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally, for about 3-4 minutes

Season the spinach with salt, pepper, and lemon juice

Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the cooked spinach to a serving dish

Sprinkle chopped walnuts and grated Parmesan cheese if using over the spinach

Serve hot and enjoy!
